• Wood & Frames: Regularly dust our solid oak, ash, and walnut surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Keep them away from direct sunlight and excess moisture to preserve the natural grain. For alloy steel frames, wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid abrasive cleaners to protect the finish.
• Fabrics & Upholstery: Lightly vacuum cotton, linen, and polyester fabrics weekly to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot immediately with a clean, white cloth—never rub, as this can damage the fibers.
• Mechanisms: For our floor chairs, the precision 42-position KoYo mechanisms benefit from occasional attention. We recommend a monthly check to ensure levers move freely and a light application of silicone-based lubricant every few months to keep adjustments silent and smooth.
• Foam & Comfort: Our high-density rebound foam is designed for longevity. To restore its original loft after long sessions, we suggest regular "fluffing" and rotating of cushions to redistribute the filling and maintain its supportive shape.
